We maintain a fully equipped in-house testing laboratory. All products undergo strict professional testing and performance verification, with partial product testing conducted and verified by TUV Rheinland, to fully comply with international industry standards.

The laboratory is equipped with complete testing equipment, including EMC testing systems complying with FCC and EMC Directive standards, multi-point temperature testing devices for extreme environment verification (-40℃ to 60℃), waterproof and dustproof testers, salt spray test chambers, vibration and surge testers, intelligent aging racks, integrating spheres, goniophotometers and infrared thermal imagers.

Our supporting production facilities include multiple SMT lines, automated power supply production lines, wave soldering equipment, intelligent aging lines, CNC shearing, bending and punching machines, and automatic steel pole welding systems, forming a complete and standardized manufacturing process.
